The objectives are to connect with inner self, increase awareness, develop self-love and relax. Conducted in: English/ Cantonese At a serene space, participants will experience a guided meditation with the energy of crystals matching their own energy on the day. After the experience, participants will be invited to share their experience and social with other beautiful souls. The experience is designed for participants who wants to enhance their state of presence and self-awareness. Participants will follow our Meditation Teacher’s guidance for a transforming journey to their inner self.
