We are often asked about the difference between our flagship EXTRAKund® Kundalini Activation and other energy-based practices, such as KSE or Sensory Energetics. While all paths offer value, the foundational philosophy, validation, and accessibility of EXTRAKund® create a distinct and sustainable pathway to transformation. Here is what sets us apart: 1. Holistic Integration: We Honor Every Pillar of You Many contemporary energy practices explicitly distance themselves from spirituality, framing their work in purely sensory or mechanistic terms. At The Extra Club, we proudly integrate the spiritual dimension as a non-negotiable pillar of complete wellness. Our philosophy is aligned with forward-thinking institutions like McKinsey & Company, the world’s leading management consultancy, which identifies physical, mental, social, and spiritual health as the four interdependent pillars essential for resilience, peak performance, and sustainable productivity [Reference ]. EXTRAKund® is a Holistic Spiritual Wellness practice designed to nurture this complete spectrum. We don't just acknowledge these pillars—we actively build them. Our practice inherently cultivates a growth mindset, and we champion physical fitness as a crucial foundation for energetic and spiritual work . 2. A Foundation Forged in Discipline, Data, and Mastery The claim of being "scientific" requires more than terminology—it demands verifiable expertise. EXTRAKund® was developed by Mish, whose multifaceted mastery creates a methodology of unparalleled depth. Her expertise forms a unique triad: The Scientist & Strategist: A Master of Science and a certified Project Manager, bringing analytical rigor, structured frameworks, and a proven growth mindset to spiritual development. The Physical Expert: A certified Professional Fitness Instructor, ensuring the practice honors and strengthens the physical vessel as the foundation of all energy work. The Energy Master & Disciplined Artist: A seasoned Reiki Master in a lineage validated by Harvard research [Reference ] , and a National Martial Art Champion (Kendo) personally trained by a former Prime Minister of Japan . This synthesis means EXTRAKund® is built on peer-reviewed evidence, elite discipline, and a holistic understanding of human potential. We encourage you to examine the credentials behind other practices. 3. Sustainable Transformation The Power of Continuous Practice. True growth requires continuity. Ask yourself: Is the modality you're considering a one-time event, or a sustainable practice you can integrate into your life? Imagine seeking the benefits of fitness: would you visit a coach only once a year? Lasting change is cultivated through consistent, accessible practice. EXTRAKund® is designed as a continuous journey—a project for your soul, managed with strategy and supported by a community. We provide an ongoing pathway for integration, ensuring your awakening is not a fleeting workshop, but a sustainable evolution in every aspect of your life. What We Are (and Are Not) Our work is grounded in safety and sacred intention: We create a private, held container for your journey. We do not conduct sessions in chaotic public spaces (like Times Square) or dangerous environments, as your physical and energetic safety is our paramount concern. This is not stage hypnotherapy. You are always in control; we do not use suggestive commands to make you perform acts against your will or for entertainment reason (like pushing you into the pool). We do provide Spiritual Hypno like Past Life Regressions where the participant will be stationary. This is not Tantra. While profound energetic releases (including the occasional, natural occurrence of orgasmic energy) may happen as part of the healing process, they are never the goal of our sessions. We do not use physical movement as the sole indicator of a powerful experience. For some, energy flows internally. A participant who hasn't slept well for decades might, for instance, slip into a deep, restorative sleep within minutes, even with music playing. Every journey is unique and valid. In Essence: EXTRAKund® is more than a technique. It is a Holistic Spiritual Wellness practice built by a master of multiple disciplines, designed to develop the whole self—body, mind, and spirit—with the same rigor you apply to your fitness and professional goals. We provide the validated framework, strategic support, and continuous path for profound, lasting transformation. Choose the path that is built by a master, for the masterpiece that is you. Need more insight? To provide you with the most meaningful and unbiased insight, we offer private consultations with an independent Spiritual Wellness Expert. This dedicated session is designed to help you clarify your intentions and ensure a good fit. Our expert will facilitate a thoughtful discussion to help you evaluate any practice or practitioner, covering essential considerations such as: Defining Your Purpose: What are your true objectives for beginning this practice? Assessing Safety & Integrity: Does the healer or coach operate within a safe, professional, and ethical framework? Understanding the Methodology: Do they clearly explain their teaching framework and the proposed path for your learning and growth? For a confidential conversation tailored to your unique journey, we invite you to book a dedicated consultation . Our Pathways of Transformation EXTRAKund® Kundalini Activation (KA): The Awakening This is a direct, music-driven transmission designed to catalyze your spiritual awakening. It works with your energy body to trigger spontaneous kriyas (energy releases), mudras, and breathwork, facilitating a profound release of stored emotions and limiting beliefs. This process helps you reconnect with your life's purpose from a place of deep, embodied clarity. Reiki: The Restoration Our Reiki sessions offer a gentler, yet deeply powerful, path to energetic balance. Through specialized hands-on or distance healing techniques, our practitioners guide you into a state of deep relaxation and present-moment awareness. This allows for the gentle dissolution of energetic blockages, promoting emotional healing and a renewed sense of inner peace. Whether you are called to the dynamic awakening of Kundalini Activation or the soothing restoration of Reiki, we are here to support your journey. Both practices are available in-person and online. Akashic Records; 阿卡西(梵文天空的意思) 記錄 Akashic Records - Life Coaching from your Spirit Guides The Akashic Records are believed to be an extensive energetic archive that holds information about every soul's past, present, and potential future experiences. It is often referred to as a universal library or Book of Life. In the process of accessing the Akashic Records (Akasha meaning "sky" in Sanskrit), you will experience an expansion of consciousness and a connection with the universal consciousness. This will enhance your intuition and provide profound insights and guidance for your life journey. Through emotional healing and releasing old patterns, you will gain empowerment and a sense of liberation. Additionally, the fluidity of time will enable you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the past, present, and potential future. During this process, spiritual guides and higher beings provide a space for exploration that is filled with love, nourishment, and safety. Each person's experience is unique and can bring transformative changes aligned with your intentions, deepening your spiritual path. Accessing the Akashic Records occurs in a one-hour session where your guide establishes a connection with spiritual entities known as Akashic Record Keepers. These high-frequency beings often appear in the form of ascended masters, such as Jesus and Buddha, who possess profound knowledge of your life and offer unbiased support for your personal growth. The session takes place in a private and serene environment to create a conducive atmosphere. It involves receiving the remarks (initial messages) from the record keepers and providing an opportunity for you to ask questions regarding personal growth areas such as health, career, love, and dreams. The guidance received during the session offers deep insights and loving support. Reflection and integration afterward allow the wisdom gained to positively manifest in your life. Book now Pre-meeting reminders for a meaningful experience 1. Alcohol : To optimize clarity, please refrain from consuming alcohol 24 hours before the session. 2. Confidentiality: The reading will be private and confidential unless otherwise agreed upon. 3. Religion conflict : An aura cleaning ceremony, an opening and a closing prayer will be conducted to enhance energy flow. Please notify the guide of any concerns regarding religious conflicts. 4. Akashic Record Keepers : During the session, the guide will connect with your Akashic Record Keepers, such as Jesus, Buddha, or other masters. They are loving, non-judgmental beings who will not belittle or degrade you. Instead of providing direct answers, they may ask questions. 5. Questions : Prepare 3 to 5 questions in advance to make the most of your session. Detailed stories are not necessary to be told to the guide before the session. In fact, the less the guide knows beforehand, the better, as you will know better that the messages come directly from your Record Keepers rather than the guide. During the session and after the remarks section, you may ask follow-up questions or talk more about the situation. 6. Free Will : The purpose of the reading is personal growth and informed decision-making. Your Record Keepers respect your free will and will not make decisions on your behalf. How to ask questions during the session? 1. Trust the Process be open: Approach the session with trust and an open mind. Allow the guidance from your Record Keepers to unfold naturally, even if it may initially seem unfamiliar or different from your expectations. Trust that the information provided is for your highest good and remain open to receiving insights that may positively shape your path. Address the Record Keepers respectfully throughout the session, expressing gratitude for their guidance and support. 2. Clarity and Specificity: Ensure your questions are clear, specific, and focused on one topic at a time. Avoid combining multiple questions into one, as it can lead to confusion. Address the Record Keepers directly when asking the question during the session. Formulate your questions in complete sentences to provide a clear context. For example, instead of saying, "Career advice?" say, "Record Keepers, what may I know about my career?", “what may I know about my relationship with …(fill in the blank)?”, “what may I know about my health?”. 3. Open-Ended Questions: Frame your questions in an open-ended manner to encourage deeper insights and a broader perspective. This allows for more comprehensive responses rather than simple "yes" or "no" answers. Address the Record Keepers by name or as a collective when posing the question. For instance, you could ask, "Dear Record Keepers, what may I learn to overcome my current relationship challenges?”. If you get a response and do not understand, you may ask “Record keepers, tell me more about it”. 4. Personal Responsibility: Focus on questions that empower you to take personal responsibility for your growth and choices. Avoid questions that seek to shift blame or control external circumstances. Address the Record Keepers respectfully and seek their guidance on areas where you can make positive changes. For example, you could ask, "Beloved Record Keepers, what steps can I take to create abundance in my life?" Questions Ideas: 1. What may I know about … [my career, my health, my relationship with X]? 2. What may I learn from … [an event, a person, an entity]? 3. Can you tell me more about …? Personal Growth 1. Think of a stranger you encountered recently. What is the most important thing I may learn from him/her? 2. What is the most important area of self-improvement for me to know at this time? 3. What is the most important thing for me to know today? 4. How do I stay in my joy? 5. What are my fears? 6. What can you tell me about a recent disappointment? 7. What belief system do I need to release? 8. What regrets do I have that I need to release? 9. Is there something I can do that I am not doing? Purpose 1. Name an interesting thing that happened recently (can be good/bad). What may I know about this event? 2. I am passionate about [XYZ], is there anything else I should know about? 3. What may I know about my purpose? 4. What may I know about my mission? Relationship 1. What may I know about my relationship with (fill in a co-worker, family worker, lover, close friend)? 2. May I know who are my teachers and guides? 3. May I know who are my record keepers? Health 1. What may I know about my health or special health situation? 2. What food or drink stands in the way of my evolution? Career 1. Am I living in the ideal place for the next 6 months or cycle of time? 2. What may I know about my work? How is a session like? Exploring the Akashic Records is a spiritual journey that facilitates self-discovery and personal growth. 1. Aura Cleansing The session starts with aura cleansing to create a clear, positive energetic space. The guide uses techniques to clear negative energies and enhance the participant's vibrational frequency. 2. Akashic Records Opening Ceremony The guide conducts an opening ceremony, using the participant's legal name as a reference. A ritual, often a prayer, requests divine permission to access the participant's Records. 3. Opening Remarks from the Akashic Record Keepers Once the Records open, the Akashic Record Keepers provide opening remarks, offering profound messages or insights for the participant. 4. Questions to the Akashic Record Keepers The participant asks questions about their life purpose, past experiences, future possibilities, etc. The guide receives the responses, describing what they perceive through their senses. 5. Akashic Records Closing Ceremony The guide performs a closing ceremony, thanking the Record Keepers and officially closing the participant's Records, sealing the energy connection with the Akashic field. 6. Post-Experience Discussion The session concludes with a discussion between the guide and the participant to reflect on the insights gained and how to apply this wisdom in daily life. Approach an Akashic Records session with an open heart, a clear mind, and reverence for the sacred process, ready for self-discovery and spiritual enlightenment. Is it for me? Akashic Records opening is not for everyone. The Akashic Records Are For : Individuals who respect the sacred nature of the process. The Akashic Records are a profound spiritual tool, not a novelty to 'try out'. Both your time and your guides' time are precious. An energy exchange is required to ensure seriousness and respect for the process. Individuals seeking clarity and insights. The Akashic Records contain profound information about our past, present, and potential future. Past and future incidents may surface, not for amusement, but to assist in gaining a deeper understanding. Those who are committed to personal development. The Akashic Records can assist in uncovering patterns that hold you back and provide a broader perspective on life's experiences. Individuals ready to engage with sincerity and open to transformation. Accessing the Records is a journey of self-discovery, offering clarity and guidance for your own decision-making and life development. Those prepared to make their own decisions and set clear intentions. When engaging with your Akashic Records, you are encouraged to allow the Record keepers to provide guidance that aligns with your path and personal growth. The Akashic Records Are Not For : Those seeking to explore past lives or the future for amusement. Accessing the Akashic Records is a serious spiritual endeavor, not a form of entertainment. Individuals expecting their spirit guides to make decisions for them. The guides can provide insights and guidance, but the ultimate decision-making responsibility lies with you. Those looking for fortune-telling or future predictions. The Akashic Records are about understanding your life in a broader context, not predicting specific outcomes. The future is full of possibilities, and it changes with your decisions. Those hoping to uncover others' secrets or expecting others to change. You cannot access others' Akashic Records, although your Records may offer insights if they overlap with others. The focus is on personal growth, not on others. Individuals not ready to respect the sacred process involved in accessing the Akashic Records. This process requires a sincere heart, openness, and respect for the profound wisdom they hold. If you do not believe in it, it is unlikely to be beneficial for you. What do people report after accessing the Akashic Records? During my card draw and the Kailash activation, an overwhelming sense of warmth filled the room. I felt my mother’s presence so clearly. Through the card's guidance, I gained profound clarity that her peaceful departure was her own conscious wish—to protect her children from hardship and suffering. I realized she is truly happy, at peace, and watching over us. A massive weight lifted off my heart instantly. I finally feel light, grateful, and genuinely happy again." "Found inner peace in a chaotic relationship." - Partner suffering from drinking problem. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Living with a partner who struggled with daily alcohol abuse left me feeling drained, helpless, and anxious every morning. The Kailash Yantra deck became my sanctuary. Drawing my daily card shifted my focus away from trying to control his addiction and back onto my own energetic alignment. It gave me the mental clarity to establish healthy boundaries and discover real joy in my daily life—regardless of his choices. I regained my peace, my self-worth, and a joyful daily rhythm." "Rediscovered pure joy after decades of toxic guilt." – Busy Mother of a 5-Year-Old ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "As a mother, I was trapped in a endless cycle of checking off boxes and feeling guilty whenever I took time for myself. The Kailash Yantra card gave me undeniable clarity: give myself permission to do nothing and feel zero guilt. Two days ago, I sat at a cafe, read half a book, and did only that for the whole afternoon. I felt an immense, simple joy I haven't experienced for decades. This deck taught me that my peace is enough and that I don't need to earn my right to rest." "Stopped second-guessing and executed my multi-million dollar expansion ." - Business owner. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I was stuck in severe decision paralysis over whether to launch a high-risk business expansion or wait another quarter. My mind was in an endless loop of scenario-planning. I did a card draw paired with the activation, focusing entirely on my business query. The guidance hit me with undeniable clarity: Act Now. The frequency instantly cut through my anxiety and showed me exactly how to streamline our operations for maximum efficiency. We executed that week, saved months of wasted overhead, and hit our targets effortlessly." Beyond Clear Guidance: A Dual Synchronicity That Shocked Me — Advanced Energy Healer & Entrepreneur ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "As someone who operates both as an energy healer and an entrepreneur, I constantly navigate the bridge between intuitive alignment and business strategy. During a pivotal phase of restructuring my ventures, I needed absolute clarity on my next directional shift. I picked a physical Oracle Card, and the message hit me right in my core—the resonance was immediate and undeniable. Before I could even reach for the guidebook, Mish intuitively asked me to draw a digital card alongside it. What happened next was beyond believable. I drew the exact same card. To receive the identical card across both physical and digital mediums defies probability. The message was so loud, clear, and unshakeable that it left zero room for self-doubt. This oracle deck isn't just a deck; it is a high-vibrational instrument that reflects your exact energy frequency back to you with radical precision. It gave me the inner authority and unwavering confidence needed to step boldly into my next level of leadership." An Unlocking of Sight: Seeing Auras After the EXTRAKund® Mini Activation — Certified Reiki Master ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Having practiced Reiki for years, I am deeply attuned to feeling subtle energy, but my visual perception of the field had always been subtle and intuitive rather than visible. That shifted entirely after experiencing the Kailash Yantra EXTRAKund® Mini Activation alongside the Kailash Yantra Oracle Deck. During the session, I felt a distinct, intense opening in my third eye center. Immediately afterward, something magical happened—I started physically seeing the luminous, colored aura layers radiating around people. The visual clarity was undeniable, vivid, and deeply humbling. The Kailash Yantra isn't just a sacred symbol or a reflective card deck; it is a catalyst that activates dormant perceptual abilities. Combining the Kailash Yantra Oracle Card with EXTRAKund® activation unlocked a level of high-frequency sight I had been working toward for years. Truly extraordinary." "The universe was shouting, not whispering." - Studio Visitor ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I’ve visited the studio three times now, and every single visit I drew the exact same card from the deck. To pull the same transmission three times in a row is beyond probability—it was an unmistakable alignment. The message was crystal clear: I am on the right path, exactly where I need to be. Each draw felt like a deeper anchor of reassurance, completely dissolving any lingering doubt. This deck doesn't just give guidance; it delivers direct, undeniable synchronization." "Direct high-dimensional download during meditation." - Spiritual Seeker ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I’ve studied spiritual concepts for years, but I was looking for true experiential alignment rather than theoretical knowledge. After receiving the blessing from the Kailash Yantra deck, I went straight into meditation. The connection was immediate—I was linked directly to higher-dimensional insights. I received intuitive downloads on breath regulation to quiet the nervous system, alongside a profound wave of unconditional compassion for myself and others. This deck is a genuine transmission portal." Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Q: Do I need prior experience with energy healing/ reading to use this? A: Not at all. What is EXTRAKund® Kailash Yantra EXTRAKund® Kailash Yantra is a collection of channelled images, blessings, guidance, and activations from Mount Kailash. Received by Mish Wu during her 2026 Kora pilgrimage in the Year of the Horse, the Pecha, guidebook, together with the deck is a direct download from the Cosmic Centre of the Universe, the Crown Chakra of the Earth, and the Precious Jewel of Snow. It is a sacred instrument engineered to channel cosmic energy and access higher consciousness. Each card acts as an energetic blueprint, and a spiritual mirror to help you reach your highest destinations. How Can the Cards Help Me? This deck serves as a spiritual compass to navigate complex personal and professional landscapes. By cutting through cognitive noise, it helps you actively shape your trajectory rather than reactively respond to external circumstances, cultivating balance across all dimensions: mental, physical, social, material, and spiritual. The 3-Pillar Architecture To guide your journey from awareness to tangible daily transformation, the 44 cards are structured across 3 distinct pillars. Each pillar utilises a unique two-part reading format engineered for its specific energetic function: Pillar 1: Divine Blessing (Cards 1–15 | 15 Cards) Blessing : The higher-frequency gift, energetic protection, or cosmic perspective currently surrounding you. The Shift : The internal transformation or mindset shift required to embody this blessing. Pillar 2: Divine Guidance (Cards 16–30 | 15 Cards) Guidance : Higher wisdom and strategic clarity detailing the exact mindset or approach to adopt. The Pitfall : The common trap, subconscious sabotage, or reactive behaviour to actively avoid. Pillar 3: Activation (Cards 31–44 | 14 Cards) Activation : Direct energetic recalibration designed to wake up dormant potential within your system. Action : A practical, physical ritual or real-world exercise to immediately ground the activation into your daily life. As you draw cards across the three pillars, notice how the framework seamlessly leads you from receiving grace (Blessing), to navigating real-world challenges (Guidance), to executing immediate transformation (Activation).
