Reiki Meditation develops mindfulness, consciousness and intuition that helps us find our life purpose, achieve life goals, reduce pain, improve range of motion and cope with our emotions including but not limited to stress, depression and anxiety. As a result, it brings us health (e.g. better sleep, feel more energetic) and happiness.
