PREPARATION 

✨Avoid coffee for at least 4 hours before the session.

✨Avoid alcohol and other substances.

✨Eat lightly; avoid full stomach.

✨Wear comfortable, plain color, loose-fitting clothing. Do not wear a mask as that will affect your breath work and experience. If you are sick, please stay home and rest. There will be no refund on your deposit even you are sick, so please take care of yourself, rest well for the event. Or surrender to the diving timing to experience KA.

✨Arrive a few minutes early to ground yourself.

✨Avoid scheduling something right after the session.

✨Come with an open mind and heart. We'll hold a sharing circle after the journey to discuss the experience.

✨Bring water bottle / journal for your best comfort.
