6. Arrive 10-15 mins early to ground yourself and set an intention. Clear your schedule after.

7. Approach with an open mind and heart. We'll have a sharing circle afterwards.

8. If unwell, rest at home - your health is priority, even without refunds. The universe may have other plans.
