Preparation:

2. Bring yoga mat, water, journal and any personal comfort items.

3. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and other substances for 4+ hours prior. Eat a light meal to avoid a full stomach.

4. Wear comfortable, loose clothing in natural colors.

5. Arrive 10-15 mins early to ground yourself and set an intention. Clear your schedule after.

6. Approach with an open mind and heart. We'll have a sharing circle afterwards.

7. If unwell, rest at home - your health is priority, even without refunds. The universe may have other plans.

• Content shooting: During your on-site training, professional photos and videos may be captured to support your practice development. Please note the following:

  1. Coverage Limitations – While we aim to document key moments, we cannot guarantee individual filming requests or the exclusion of your face in all footage.

  2. Usage Rights – The content may be used by The Extra Club for training and marketing purposes, helping others benefit from this modality.

  3. Shared Benefit – By participating, you acknowledge that recorded materials may be shared publicly to promote and educate on this practice.

  4. No-Filming Sessions – Depending on the group's dynamics, we may schedule sessions without content shooting. Please follow the instructor's guidance.

  5. Processing Time - Please allow up to two months for photo and video processing. These materials are valuable resources to support you in sharing this modality with the world.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 60 days of the apprenticeship start date will not be eligible for any refund

In the event of natural disaster, war, or other force majeure factors that prevent the program from proceeding safely, The Extra Club reserves the right to reschedule or cancel. 

The Extra Club reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the activity if their performance poses a danger to themselves or others. No compensation will be provided in such cases.

The program itinerary, activities, may be temporarily changed due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, as divinely guided by the universe. We will make every effort to provide a comparable experience.
