Introducing a transformative 60-minute online Holy Fire III® Reiki Experience, designed for time-pressed urban professionals. Led by our experienced Reiki Master Mish, this sacred container provides a potent reset you can do seated in your work clothes, in the privacy of your own space. There will be a sharing circle and participation is optional. Simply close your eyes, open your heart, and allow the powerful Reiki frequencies to wash over you. As you receive this gift from Reiki, you may experience: 1. Better sleep & inner peace 2. Heightened focus, clarity, and productivity 3. Release of tension, anxiety, and energetic blockages 4. Profound reconnection to your wellspring of vitality Press pause, reset, and revitalize. Online Preparation: 1. Please get yourself organised with the camera and Zoom setup at a private and quiet space before joining the call to ensure our time as a group runs smoothly. 2. You will need a chair where you can sit up straight and the facilitator can see your upper body clearly with proper lighting. 3. You will need a paid Spotify account to listen to the facilitator's playlist or you can play your own music. You may also go in slient or listen to other no lyrics calm music. Note: 1.
