Location: Hong Kong. We will meet at MTR Fanling Station (港鐵粉嶺站) Exit A3 at 10:00AM, then take a 20-minute private shuttle to begin a 20-minute hike into the beautiful Nam Chung Spiritual Villa (南涌深山百年姑婆屋) - an enchanting 100-year-old house nestled deep in nature.

Preparation:

1. You will need to be physically fit to hike around 20 minutes uphill

2. You will need to bring your towel for laying down on the grass (yoga mats available on site)

5. Bring a swim suit and a dry set of change if you want a dip in the river or sunbath in the garden (optional)
