Preparation: 

1. Bring your favourite crystals for cleansing and activation. If you have, bring 7 pieces of similar size and enery for your grid's activation.

2. Wear comfortable zen-colored clothing.

3. Phones cannot be used during the event. Please arrange your time in advance to focus on your practice for maximum benefit.

4. Come with a relaxed mindset, and avoid scheduling a tight day.
