Sample program: No. of participant: 100 pax Event duration: 1 hr Indicative price: HKD 6,000 + Venue cost The guided meditation program aligns with the organization's values of caring for employee wellbeing, fostering an inclusive culture, and contributing to social good. This will also support the organization's ESG goals. By investing in the personal growth of employees, it will develop key skills for leadership, collaboration, and innovation. Participants will learn to manage stress, relate skillfully with others, and gain wisdom - benefiting both their lives and their work. The program demonstrates the company's commitment to whole-person development, empowering individuals to thrive and bring their best selves to the team. As a result, the company will increase profit and reduce cost through developing more innovative products/ services, improve productivity, increase customer service level, reduce attrition. There will be introduction on the topic before the meditation and discussion after the meditation to increase engagement and encourage bonding among participants. When you are choosing not to come, you are taking a spot of a person who might be in a great need of healing.
