This is not a full Kundalini Activation. It is a gentle, accessible entry point: a combination of sound bath, guided rest, and light energy transmission. You will leave feeling clear, calm, and energized—without the jitters of coffee or the grogginess of a long nap. What to Expect 12:45pm: Arrive. Settle in. Lie down on a comfortable mat. 12:50-1:15pm: 25 minutes of sound bath + guided rest. Soft music. Gentle energy. Deep relaxation. 1:15-1:25pm: 10 minutes to wake gently, stretch, and integrate. 1:25-1:30pm: Exit. Return to your day refreshed. You remain fully clothed. No experience needed.
