Our team will be happy to communicate with you further to understand your needs and provide you with the most suitable arrangement. Policies: 1. Reservations are non-refundable / reschedulable, please be fully prepared before making a reservation. 2. This event does not provide any legal, medical, psychological or other professional advice. 3. Participants are not pregnant and are fully responsible for their own health condition. 4. Participants are at least 18 years old. *** Preparation: *** 1. avoid coffee, alcohol, other substances, or overeating 4 hours prior to the event. Food is allowed. 2. wear comfortable, light-colored, loose-fitting clothing. 3. Avoid busy schedules or important meetings (at least 15 minutes) before and after the event. Water, yoga mats, blankets and eye masks will be provided. If you would like to use your own, you may also bring a water bottle, pen and your own diary to stay comfortable and record your spiritual journey.

The process is not recommended during pregnancy. 4. You affirm that you are responsible for deciding whether to practice at your own risk. 5. You hereby agree to release and waive any claims you have now or may have against this healing modality and its instructors. 6. You are above 18 years old. Rescheduling policy: All bookings are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled. So please ensure you are fully prepared and committed before booking. When you are choosing not to come, you are taking a spot of a person who might be in a great need of healing. In case of emergencies and last minute cancellations, please contact us through admin@theextraclub.com, we might be able to transfer your ticket for upcoming zoom or in-person event. Payment policy: 1. Payment is required upfront. 2. Refund is only possible if the booking is cancelled by The Extra Club. The Extra Club reserved all rights.
