What you may experience during an energy meditation?

Process is very personal and unique each time; the most common experiences during these sessions are:

  1. Energy sensations, heat, cold, tingling, itchiness, energy currents etc.

  2. Visual experiences, lights, patterns, colours, astral projections, past life memories, insights, realisations, deep knowing and insights

  3. Physical reaction: e.g. itchiness, numbness, coughing

  4. Body movements

  5. Emotional releases, stuck, suppressed emotions may come to the surface, spontaneous laughing, crying, rage, anger, bliss, ecstasy, orgasmic bliss

  6. Bliss and heightened stages of awareness, deep inner peace, mystical and transcended experiences
