Policy

1. Payment: Booking confirmed upon full payment within 24 hours of invoice.

2. No Refunds: All sales final. Fees are non-refundable for any reason (no-shows, illness, emergencies).

3. Rescheduling: Permitted twice only with 72+ hours notice via email/whatsapp subject to availability. No rescheduling within 72 hours of booking. If new booking costs more, difference must be paid. No refund for lower-value bookings.

4. Cancellation by Us: If we cancel, full refund or priority rescheduling offered.

5. Liability: Renter liable for all damage to space/equipment during rental. Hold harmless agreement applies.

6. Use Rules: Rental period includes setup/breakdown. Late vacating fee: 1.5x hourly rate. Leave studio clean (HK$500 cleaning fee for mess). No flames, illegal substances, alcohol without consent. Respect building noise levels.

7. Force Majeure: For closures beyond our control (government order, disaster), full refund offered.

8. Agreement: Payment constitutes acceptance of all terms.
