Reiki full moon meditation

At a beautiful good energy space (within Artyzen Hotel, ex-Mandarin Oriental) curated by The Extra Club, participants will receive an introduction on how to meditate and a guided meditation focusing on relaxation, improving sleep quality and re-generating cells with Reiki and Full Moon energy.  

We will be doing the meditation at the lawn area outdoor with the moon and the class at the room.  We may moved to the covered outdoor area due to weather conditions.  Participants will have a chance to social with other participants before and after the Reiki Full Moon meditation class. 

The experience is designed for participants who wants to practice meditation, enhance their state of presence and self-awareness. 

Most reported benefits by participants include better sleep, decreased stress, increased energy (feeling younder), increased productivity and performance, reduced anxiety and depression, releasing of trauma, enhanced creativity, bringing a more harmonious working environment, leading the self into a state of inner peace and calmness, and feeling lighter and happier!

1. Meditation mat

2. Blanket/ shawl

Ticket price includes: 

1. 1.5hour Reiki Full Moon meditation class + energized meditation. 

2. Towels for meditation on lawn. 

3. Access to Artyzen Grand Lapa Resort Gym & SPA facilities during the day.  Suggest you submerge yourself in the water to fully absorb the full moon energy before class.  

4. Half deluxe room accomodation if participant wish to stay over that night.
