• Smoked Salmon Salad

• Cantonese Cucumber and eggplant Salad (Vegetarian)

• Five Spice Bean Curd Rolls (Vegetarian)

• Calamari with pickled vegetable

• Chicken with sesame sauce

• Fried Noodles with Assorted Mushrooms (Vegetarian)

Preparation:

• Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, mask and favourite blanket for maximum comfort.

• Avoid coffee for at least 4 hours before the session. Avoid alcohol and other substances.

• Bring light snacks for the day (fruits, biscutes, bread, candies something easy to digest and vegetarian ideally) if you wish.

• Eat lightly before the session, ideally not a full stomach.

• Dress for outdoor weather for the day. Wear comfortable, plain color, loose-fitting clothing.

• Arrive a few minutes early to ground yourself.

• Avoid scheduling something right after the session. Do not operate machine right after (including driving).

• Come with an open mind and heart.  We'll hold a sharing circle after the journey to discuss the experience.

• Bring a water bottle and own journal (optional).

With a maximum capacity of 12 divine beings, this gathering allows for a deeply personalized experience. Through dynamic Kundalini Activation, potent meditations, and sacred ceremonies, you'll awaken the coiled serpent power at the base of your spine and allow it to rise, illuminating your entire being.

準備:

1. 自備瑜伽墊、毛巾、毛毯及眼罩，以保持舒適。

2. 活動開始前 4 小時避免飲用咖啡、酒精、其他物質或吃太飽。可吃東西。

3. 請攜帶當天的輕食（水果、餅乾、麵包、糖果等容易消化的食物，最好是素食）。

4. 穿著舒適、淺色、寬鬆的户外衣服。

5. 活動前後避免繁忙的行程或重要會議 (最少 15 分鐘)。

6. 攜帶水瓶、筆和自己的日記（選擇性）。
