2 - 3 PM: The event officially begins with a warm welcome on the poolside. Enjoy a complimentary healthy refreshment as you settle into the peaceful ambiance. The Extra Club team will introduce the event before inviting you to get on your floating mattress.

3 - 4 PM: Drift into the Floating Sound Bath experience. Recline on your floating mattress as the gentle sounds of singing bowls, gongs, handpan and diverse soundscapes wash over you, echoing across the water. Feel the weight of the world dissolve as you float effortlessly, guided by The Extra Club's innovative approach to Reiki Sound journey.

4 - 4:30 PM: Join us for a closing circle to share your amazing experience and capture the magic moments of your time here.

What to wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable swimwear or sport/yoga wear (all guests will be invited to use the spa facilities and lockers to change their clothes before and after the experience).  Participants will be on the floating mat and will not get wet.

The Practitioners

The experience will be led by Mish Wu, a Holistic Wellness expert and founder of The Extra Club, along with Anotonio Monteiro who are gifted Sound Healers and global citizens. Together, they will combine the powerful healing energies of Reiki with the soothing vibrations of Gong, Tibetian Singing Bowl, Crystal Singing bowl, handpan and various other instruments, creating a deeply spiritual and rejuvenating experience.

Mish has dedicated over two decades to mastering powerful energy healing modalities like Reiki and Sound Therapy. With an extensive background in meditation, breathwork, and martial arts training from a Japan Prime Minister and World Freediving Record Holders, as well as experience as a national Kendo champion and former banking executive, Mish's transformative journey has ignited her passion for empowering others to unlock their intuitive gifts, clear blockages, and step into their highest potential. Preparation

1. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and other substances for 4+ hours prior. Eat a light meal to avoid a full stomach.

2. Arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience. Avoid busy schedule after the event.

3. Approach with an open mind and heart.

4. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing in natural, muted tones. You may opt for yoga wear or swimsuits as well, as you'll be on a floating mat without getting wet during the session. Steer clear of bright colors, neon, or busy patterns, as they can be distracting during the deeply meditative experience.

5. To fully immerse in the experience, we kindly request that all phones and electronic devices be turned off and kept away during the session. No phones or cameras will be permitted in the pool area. Our professional photographers will be capturing your transformative journey, so you can be fully present without the distraction of taking your own photos.

6. Optional: Bring journal, eye mask, yoga towel, and any personal comfort items.
