Join us on the beautiful shores of Repulse Bay for Full Moon Sea & Sound—an intimate 4-hour sunset beach retreat designed for deep emotional release, heart-opening ceremonial cacao, EXTRAKund® activation, and synchronic oracle card clarity.

🧘 Preparation Guidelines

1. Substances: Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and other stimulating substances for at least 4 hours before the event.

2. Meals: Eat a light meal beforehand—an empty stomach is best for energy work.

3. Punctuality: Arrive 15 minutes early (2:45 PM) to ground yourself, settle in, and set up your headset.

4. Integration: Clear your schedule after the session to rest, integrate, and allow your body to settle.

Due to private wireless headset setup and personalized group guidance, this retreat is strictly limited to 10 participants. Registration closes on November 19, 2026.

🌧️ Weather Contingency Policy

If the event is postponed due to bad weather (rain, strong wind, Red/Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or unsafe conditions):

• The retreat will be rescheduled to an alternative Sunday date (to be announced).

• If you cannot make the new date, you will receive a credit valid for 3 months for booking the coming EXTRAKund® activation in Sheung Wan/ Online.

• No cash refunds. We will notify all registered participants via WhatsApp at least 2–3 hours before start time if weather forces a postponement.

📋 Terms, Cancellation & Media Consent

• Booking Policy: All bookings are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reschedulable unless canceled or postponed by The Extra Club.

• Media Release: Professional photography and videography will be conducted during the session. By participating, you consent to being filmed/photographed. Highlights will be shared with participants for personal use.

• Exact Location: The exact meeting spot on Repulse Bay Beach will be sent via WhatsApp 24 hours prior to registered attendees.

如因惡劣天氣（下雨、強風、暴雨警告、三號或以上颱風訊號或不安全情況）而需要改期：

• 活動將順延至另一個星期日舉行（日期另行通知）。

• 如未能出席新日期，將獲發信用額供在上環/ 線上 EXTRAKund® 能量啟動使用（有效期為 3 個月）。

• 不設現金退款。如有改期，團隊會於活動前至少 2–3 小時透過 WhatsApp 通知參加者。

• 預約政策：所有預約不設退款或改期（除非由 The Extra Club 取消或改期）。
