This is not a typical wellness workshop. This is an EXTRAKund® taster activation — by the beach, at golden hour, with wireless headphones and a sky full of colour.

This 60-minute session is great for first-timers or anyone curious about energy work. It is shorter and lighter than our full 90-minute studio sessions, making it ideal for beginners or those who want to enjoy a seasonal outdoor practice.

What to Expect

⏱️ Please arrive 15 minutes early for setup. We also ask participants to help with a quick pack-up after the session.

Weather Contingency Policy

🌧️ If the event is postponed due to bad weather (rain, strong wind, typhoon signal, or unsafe conditions):

• The event will be rescheduled to another Sunday (date to be announced).

• You can join the rescheduled session, or

• If you cannot make the new date, you will receive a studio session credit (value HK$688) , valid for one month.

• No cash refunds.

We will notify you via WhatsApp at least 2-3 hours before the event if weather forces a postponement.

Important Notes

• Exact beach location will be shared with registered participants via WhatsApp 24 hours before the event.

• Limited to 18 participants.

• No experience needed. Beginners welcome.

• Professional photos and videos will be taken during the session. By participating, you consent to being filmed. Content will be shared with participants for personal use.

• Booking is non-refundable and non-reschedulable unless cancelled by The Extra Club.

• If you are unwell, please rest at home. Your health is the priority.

Preparation:

1. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and other substances for at least 4 hours before.

2. Eat a light meal – an empty stomach is best.

3. Wear comfortable, loose clothing in natural colours.

4. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to ground yourself.

5. Clear your schedule after the session to rest and integrate.
