Preparation:

  3. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and other substances for 4+ hours prior. Eat a light meal to avoid a full stomach.

  4. Wear comfortable, loose clothing in natural colors.

  5. Arrive 10-15 mins early to ground yourself and set an intention. Clear your schedule after.

  6. Approach with an open mind and heart. We'll have a sharing circle afterwards.

  7. If unwell, rest at home - your health is priority, even without refunds. The universe may have other plans.
