In your Spiritual Life Coaching session, you create the agenda, space, and time for yourself to work on your desires! Take a moment and breathe deep ... ✨ What kind of life and destiny do you desire? ✨What do you need to transform? ✨What excites you? ✨Where in your life do you feel challenged? ✨What thought patterns do you need to shift? You will receive life coaching from a holistic wellness perspective to create for you a clear path to start to shift what you need to blossom. You decide if you want to chat, ask questions, or receive energy healing (Kundalini Activation/ Reiki / Breathwork) This session can have different parts it depends on what choice you have made. 🧬 Topic guidance: A speaking dialogue with your coach around the shadow topic you want to explore. During this open conversation, lots of energy can move and be clear. Potential emotions, sensations, realisations. Deep presence and body awareness on your side are needed. Please be seated on the ground, close to the screen. 1. Physical Health 2. Mental Health 3. Social Health 4. Spiritual Health 5. Financial Health 🧬 Energy Work: You can sit/ lie down with your mat on the ground or bed. We are so excited to work with you on your deepest desires, reprogram the mind, and activate the heart. Preparation: 1. Prepare agenda for the session - do you just want topic guidance, or do you want to do energy work as well or both? 1. If you would like to do energy healing, avoid coffee and alcohol at least 4 hours in advance. Eat light. 3. Arrive a few minutes early so that you are calm and relaxed and ready to enjoy your session. 4. Wear loose, plain, comfortable clothing. Yoga attire will do as well. 5. Avoid scheduling other activities immediately after the session so that you are relaxed and engaged throughout. 6. Come with an open mind and heart. 7. Bring your own water bottle (optional). 8. If I arrive after the session start time, I will be considered a no-show, and no refund, reschedule, or transfer will be offered. Rescheduling policy: All bookings are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled. So please ensure you are fully prepared and committed before booking. When you are choosing not to come, you are taking a spot of a person who might be in a great need of healing. In case of emergencies and last minute cancellations, please contact us through admin@theextraclub.com, we might be able to transfer your ticket for upcoming zoom or in-person event. Payment policy: 1. Payment is required upfront. 2. Refund is only possible if the booking is cancelled by The Extra Club.
