運送及退換貨政策 (Shipping & Return Policy)

所有售出商品概不退換（無退貨政策）

鑒於《EXTRAKund® Kailash Yantra》神諭卡牌與說明書的限量出版及能量特性，所有售出商品概不退換。訂單一經確認並提交，我們恕不接受任何退款、退貨或換貨要求。

運送及遞送選項（香港及澳門）

• 運費標準： 購買 1 至 2 盒商品，運費為 HK$50。

• 滿額免運： 凡購物總額滿 HK$2,222 或以上，即享香港及澳門地區 免費送貨。

• 上環自取： 您可選擇親臨我們位於上環的工作室免費自取。

• 快遞服務： 所有本地遞送訂單將統一透過 順豐速運 (SF Express) 寄出，可送達住宅、商業地址或順豐自提點。結賬時請務必確認您的送貨地址及流動電話號碼正確無誤。

貨品損壞或缺陷

若您的包裹在運輸途中受損，或收到錯誤的商品，請於收到貨品後 48小時內 聯絡我們的支援團隊，並提供您的訂單詳情以及包裹和受損商品的照片/影片。損壞索償申請將按具體情況作個別評估及處理。

All Sales Are Final (No Return Policy)

Due to the limited and energetic nature of the EXTRAKund® Kailash Yantra oracle card deck and guidebooks, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery Options (Hong Kong & Macau)

• Standard Shipping Fee: Shipping is HK$50 for orders of 1 to 2 boxes.

• Free Shipping Threshold: We offer Free Shipping on all orders of HK$2,222 or above within Hong Kong and Macau.

• Studio Pickup: Free self-pickup is available at our studio in Sheung Wan.

• Courier Service: All local delivery orders are dispatched via SF Express (順豐速運) to residential/commercial addresses or SF points. Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are accurate at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your shipment arrives damaged in transit or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos/videos of the package and items. Damaged claims will be evaluated and handled on a case-by-case basis.
