During your on-site training, professional photos and videos may be captured to support your practice development. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Coverage Limitations – While we will document key moments, we cannot accommodate individual filming requests or guarantee the exclusion of your likeness in all footage.

2. Usage Rights – The Extra Club reserves the right to use captured content for training and marketing purposes to further promote this modality. Participants are welcome to use the content for personal use.

3. Shared Benefit – By participating, you acknowledge that recorded materials may be shared publicly to educate and inspire others about this practice.

4. No-Filming Sessions – To honor group dynamics, certain sessions may be designated as no-filming or limited-filming periods. Please follow the instructor’s guidance regarding when personal recording is permitted.

• Weather: During July, Bali experiences its dry season, meaning you can expect clear skies, plenty of sunshine, and comfortable temperatures throughout your visit.

  • Average Temperatures:

    • Daytime highs around 86°F (30°C)

    • Nighttime lows around 75°F (24°C)

  • Rainfall: Very little rainfall, with only about 1-2 inches (25-50mm) expected during your 5-day stay.

  • Humidity: Relatively low humidity, around 70-80%, keeping you feeling refreshed and energized.

  • Sunshine: Plentiful sunshine, with an average of 8-9 hours of sun per day, perfect for soaking up the healing rays during your practices and outdoor activities.

  • Gentle Breezes: The fresh, tropical breezes will provide a cooling respite, especially during your midday activities.

• Travel tips

  • ​​​​​​​ATM Machines and Credit Cards: ATM machines are widely available throughout Bali, and most establishments accept credit cards, so you can easily access and manage your money during your stay.

  • Getting Around: For convenient transportation, you can use the popular ride-sharing services like Gojek or Uber, and pay by credit card.

  • Electricity in Indonesia: The standard voltage is 220-240V, with a frequency of 50Hz. The most common electrical plug type used in Indonesia is Type C (the two-pin round plug) and Type F (the two-pin round plug with grounding pin).

  • Dress Modestly: Bali is predominantly Hindu, so cover your shoulders and knees, especially when visiting temples.

  • Beware of Monkeys: Keep a close eye on your belongings, as the monkeys are known to steal phones and cameras.

  • Avoid Single-Use Plastics: Bring a reusable water bottle and bag to minimize your environmental impact.

  • Be Mindful of Photography: Ask permission before taking photos, and avoid having your back to statues or sacred objects.

  • Tread Lightly: Stay on designated paths, don't disturb wildlife, and be mindful of your presence.

1. Are solo travelers safe / welcome? Yes, solo travelers are absolutely safe and welcome on our retreats. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported, whether you're joining us on your own or with a group of friends.

2. Can you arrange an airport transfer? How far is it from the airport? We'd be happy to pick-you up at the airport. The hotel is located about 1.5 hours by car from Cairo International Airport. 

3. What is the average age range? The average age range for our retreats is around 33 years old. We welcome adults of all ages, from young professionals to retirees, who are seeking a transformative experience.

4. How many people will be on the retreat? Our retreats are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 guests, to ensure an intimate, personalized experience.

5. Is a shorter or longer stay possible?  While we don't offer shorter or longer stay, you're welcome to extend your stay after the Masterclass ends. Just let us know your preferred dates and we can assist with arranging.

6. Do you encourage digital disconnection?  At our energy healing sessions, phones must be switched off to create a sacred, distraction-free space for profound transformation. Digital disconnection is essential for integrating the shifts - trust the process and be present, where the magic happens.

7. How is the vibe? The Masterclass vibe is one of deep self-exploration, surrounded by a supportive community of like-minded individuals ready to embark on their own transformative journeys, creating a sacred, energetically-charged space for profound personal growth and awakening.

8. Is there alcohol served?  Our retreats are 100% substance-free, as we believe in cultivating a pure, sacred space that allows participants to fully immerse themselves in the transformative practices and energy work without any disruptive external influences.

  • Cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit)

  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date will not be eligible for any refund

  • In the event of natural disaster, war, or other force majeure factors that prevent the trip from proceeding safely before departure, The Extra Club reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. In such cases, a refund of up to 50% of the total amount will be provided.

  • The Extra Club reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the activity if their performance poses a danger to themselves or others. No compensation will be provided in such cases.

• Itinery Changes:

  • The event itinerary, activities, and accommodation may be temporarily changed due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, as divinely guided by the universe. We will make every effort to provide a comparable experience.

• Dispute Resolution:

  • In the case of any dispute, The Extra Club reserves the right to make the final decision.
