The objective is to balance physical and mental health development. Spin and Sound is a 1.5-hour fitness service suitable for mixed fitness levels. Participants will enjoy 45 minutes of indoor spinning followed by a 45-minute sound bath meditation, with the opportunity to socialize afterwards. The spinning session combines intense strength training with high-intensity cycling for maximum results in a short amount of time. The sound bath session promotes relaxation, restoration, and mental clarity through sound therapy, which can improve overall well-being and work performance.
