Cultivating Relaxation, Performance and Mental Clarity Sample program: No. of participant: 22 pax Event duration: 1.5 hr Indicative price: HKD 3,600 + Venue cost Together with your team, we will curate and design a beautiful space suitable for hosting a 1.5 hour mindfulness meditation experience that suits your needs at the venue of your choice. It could be your office, a private villa outside the city centre, or even at a gorgeous temple in Macau. The experience aims to allow less active participants to experience overall health practices, with a focus on mental health, and to connect with others, including themselves. Participants will practice mindfulness and awareness, breathe fresh air, and connect with Mother Gaia. Participants will follow our internationally certified meditation instructor in low-intensity stretching exercises, play mini-mindfulness games, and end with guided meditation to receive happy, loving, and peaceful energy from the universe. Most of the reported benefits by participants include feeling relaxed and calm, increased energy levels, relief from shoulder stiffness, relief from back pain, improved sleep quality, improved emotional resilience, increased daily productivity, and feeling happier!
